Fireside Footwear aims to have every customer happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied when your purchase turns up, you may return them no questions asked providing the labels are still attached.

Sheepskin is a natural product which has been treated using preferred
products to tan and colour the skins. There may be differences in
texture with the wool and grain of the skin. This is a normal part of
the sheepskin, and not a defect. Please contact us to discuss any problems
before posting back.
