Domestic Shipping

All care is taken to promptly deliver your order, however Fireside
Footwear takes no responsibility for delays in postage not in our
control.

We do not accept any responsibility for any delays caused by
insufficient delivery information.

We cannot deliver to P.O.Box numbers. Please provide a daytime delivery
address as your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday between
the hours of 9am - 5 pm, and not on public holidays.

International Shipping

Local guidelines apply once your purchase is in your country and may be
subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of
destination, these are not included in your purchase. Please check with
the local authority to ascertain applicable rates, as these charges are
the responsibility and liability of the purchaser and not Fireside
Footwear.
